Deerwood Ranch has come a long way since 1976 starting with a small 4 stall barn and big open pastures to the facility it is today. Deerwood Ranch has a main barn with 17 matted stalls automatic waterers all brick aisle ways, heated wash stall and a 200×200 indoor ring. All white vinyl fencing with 12 individual paddocks plus large grassy pastures for broodmares.

Deerwood Ranch in 2008 is going to be upgraded to a premier breeding facility with 3 extra large foaling stalls to be added in its own barn with access to individual turn out for the first crucial days of a new foals life. Plus a 25 stall mare motel with a full breeding lab for artificial insemination. Deerwood Ranch will have recipient mares on site for embryo transfers.

Deerwood Ranch also has a full time trainer who lives on site for the conditioning of halter horses, also western pleasure and hunt seat.
